1. Orders will be processed and shipped within 3 weeks from the date of purchase, unless otherwise specified.
1.2. We offer international shipping. Shipping costs and estimated delivery times will be displayed at checkout.
1.3. Any customs duties, taxes, or additional charges imposed by the destination country are the responsibility of the buyer.
2. Pricing and Payments
2.1. All prices listed on our website are inclusive of applicable commissions and fees.
2.2. We accept various payment methods, including credit cards, debit cards, and Apple Pay, Google Pay. You agree to provide accurate and complete payment information when placing an order.
2.3. In the event of a pricing error on our website, we reserve the right to cancel or modify an order, or to contact you for further instructions.
3. Returns and Refunds
3.1. We take great care to ensure the quality and safe packaging of our products. If, however, you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 business days of receiving the order.
3.2. In case of damage or loss during shipping, we will initiate a refund or provide a replacement item, subject to availability. The refund will be credited back to the customer’s account within 7 business days.
3.3. To be eligible for a return or refund, the item must be in its original condition and packaging.
4. Intellectual Property
4.1. All artworks, prints, and other art objects available on our website are protected by copyright and other intellectual property rights. The purchase of any item does not grant you ownership of the intellectual property rights associated with it.
4.2. You may not reproduce, modify, distribute, or use any copyrighted material from our website without prior written consent from us or the respective copyright holder.
5. Limitation of Liability
5.1. We strive to provide accurate and reliable information on our website, but we do not warrant its completeness, accuracy, or reliability. Your use of our website is at your own risk.
5.2. In no event shall we be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the use of our website or the purchase of our products.

Other useful information

• However, if the customer requests the creation of paintings and prints of different sizes or on a different medium than cardboard, the purchase is made through direct contact with the painter or manager via email at serge@mylandscape.store (Please include the desired size of the artwork along with the relevant photo reference.)
• The sides and back are painted blue. Once your custom order is approved, it typically takes eight (8) weeks to complete the painting and allow it to fully dry before shipping (additional fees for dimensions and weight will be discussed and added or excluded from the price).
• If I choose to accept your request, I will contact you with an approximate completion date and payment instructions. You will be added to my commission list only after your payment is received in full. I do not accept partial payments or installments. If, for any reason, I am unable to complete your painting by the agreed-upon scheduled time, you will receive a full refund through the original payment service.
• I do not accept requests for still life, animals, or portraits.
• The paintings are varnished, unframed, and do not have a hanging device on the back. I leave those decisions to the client’s discretion to apply after receiving the artwork.
